Work is currently onsite to create an additional storey, first floor extension and ground storey extension of a postwar terraced house in Whitechapel. The deep retrofit includes a new air source heat pump, acoustic separation between floors and air conditioning throughout.

The works create a large new living space looking onto the garden, along with two new bedrooms and a generous master suite with mezzanine sleeping level.
