Works have just begun on the redevelopment of a Victorian townhouse in Chelsea, London.

The work will create a new lower ground floor basement to form a duplex at lower ground and ground floor level. The bedrooms at lower ground floor will look onto a sunken light well through large glazed openings. At ground level, a new extension with a glazed roof will create a new open living space.
